Gilliard and Company, led by CEO Whitney Gilliard, is a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to providing crucial support to young adults in need. Through their flagship program, the Independent Living Program (ILP), they offer transitional housing and essential resources to individuals aged 18 and older who have aged out of foster care. Whitney's personal experience as a former foster care youth informs their mission to empower others, emphasizing the importance of mentorship, trauma intervention, and community involvement through initiatives like the Permanency Mentor Program and the With Love Project. With a commitment to diversity and inclusivity, G&Co. strives to be a beacon of hope for those navigating challenging transitions into adulthood.
